Questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit and unlimited products. You keep your listing accurate, reply to reviews, collect reviews with your own link, and get the Verified business badge.
Does paying improve our rating or ranking?
No. Editor scores, verdicts and user ratings are independent and the same on every plan. Paid plans unlock profile features, leads and insights. Featured spots are always labelled Sponsored.
How do we pay?
For now we email an invoice (bank transfer or card) and switch your plan on as soon as it’s paid. Online checkout is coming soon.
What happens if we cancel or don’t renew?
You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your listing stays live and nothing you added is deleted; paid-only sections just can’t be edited until you upgrade again.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or GST that applies in your country is added on the invoice.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
Those features are part of the plan but not available yet. We list them so you know what’s included, and we’ll tell every customer on the plan when each one switches on.
