2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work or registered trademark has been copied or displayed on StakZest in a manner that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location on StakZest where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  • Your full legal name, company name, address, telephone number, and official business email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
