What we check
A person on our team reviews every new product and claim, usually within 2 business days. Here’s what they look at.
Your company
Your email domain verifies the company. If the product’s website is on another domain, add a link that shows it’s yours.
The product
That it’s a real product or service, the website works, and the details are factual (no “#1” or “best” claims).
No duplicates
If it’s already on StakZest, we give you the existing page (with its reviews) instead of a second one.
Questions
My product is already on StakZest. What do I do?
Search for it above and choose “Claim”. Sign in with an email at the product’s domain; a person checks the claim, usually within 2 business days, and then you manage the listing.
I signed in with Gmail. Can I still add a product?
Yes: add your work email to your account (we send it a code), then continue. Companies are verified by their email domain, so a personal address alone isn’t enough.
Someone at my company already manages our listing.
Ask them to invite you from the Team page of their business account, or send a request to join when you add the product; their owners are emailed.
Can I edit my product after it’s live?
Yes, any time, from your business account. Changes go live after a quick check, usually within 1 business day (3 on the Free plan).
Is there a limit on how many products we can add?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited products.
