By accessing or using stakzest.com (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, vendors, and others who access the Platform.

Use of the platform

You may use StakZest for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without written permission
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute StakZest content without prior written consent

Intellectual property

All content on StakZest — including but not limited to text, ratings, editorial reviews, graphics, logos, and data — is owned by StakZest or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Short quotes (under 100 words) may be used with attribution and a direct link to the source page. Any other reproduction, distribution, or derivative use requires explicit written permission from StakZest. Contact hello@stakzest.com for licensing inquiries.

Editorial policy

StakZest's editorial ratings and rankings are independent of any commercial relationship with the vendors we review. Vendors may not pay to influence their editorial score.

Sponsored content, enhanced profiles, and paid placements exist on the Platform but are clearly labelled as such. These commercial arrangements do not affect editorial scores or rankings. We reserve the right to update, correct, or remove any editorial content at our discretion.

Vendor content

Vendors who submit information for inclusion in the StakZest directory represent that such information is accurate and up to date. StakZest does not independently verify all vendor-submitted details but reserves the right to remove or correct inaccurate information.

By submitting product information, vendors grant StakZest a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the Platform for the purposes of providing the directory service.

Deals & affiliates

StakZest may include affiliate links in deal listings, reviews, and editorial content. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial scores or the decision to include a product in the directory.

Deal availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change by the relevant vendor. StakZest makes no guarantee that a deal will remain available or valid at the time of your visit. Always verify deal terms on the vendor's website before purchasing.

Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. StakZest does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Editorial opinions and ratings represent the view of our team at the time of publication. Software products change frequently. While we aim to keep content current, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Users are encouraged to verify information directly with vendors before making purchasing decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StakZest and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or reliance on any content therein — including but not limited to software purchasing decisions made based on information on this Platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
