Questions
Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Adding or claiming a product, keeping it up to date and replying to reviews are free, and you can list as many products as you like. Paid plans add extra profile features such as a product video, FAQs and your own call-to-action button.
Who can add or claim a product?
Anyone who works for the company, signed in with an email at the company’s domain. Personal addresses such as Gmail can’t be used. If the product’s website is on a different domain, we ask for a link that shows your company makes it.
How long does the review take?
A person on our team checks every new product and every claim, usually within 2 business days. If we need anything, we email you and you answer from your business account.
Can paying change our score or reviews?
No. Editor scores, verdicts and user reviews are never affected by payment, and any sponsored placement is labelled “Sponsored”.
